Employee of the 1st Quarter 2021

We are proud to announce that the Employee for the 1st Quarter of 2021 is Melody Davis of Plant Operations Services. She has been employed at Carolina Pines since December 2005.
Melody is a soft-spoken person and is an excellent example of the bright smiling face that we want all our employees to emulate to their co-workers, staff members, visitors, and patients. She is kindhearted and has a unique personality. Her performance under pressure is un-matched, she gets the job done no matter what obstacles she may face. She is always willing to go the extra mile in keeping the facility functioning effectively and safely!
She can often be seen climbing a ladder changing a light bulb or crawling under a desk to fix phone lines. She knows our facility like the back of her hand and what it takes to keep it running smoothly. Her willingness to help her fellow co-workers is greatly appreciated.
Melody is truly an asset to not only her department but also to Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. Her dedication to her work and this facility is beyond words.
