A Family-Focused Culture

A Hospital Community That Knows One Another.

Residents join more than a residency program; they become part of the Carolina Pines hospital community. Throughout the year, physicians and staff come together for events such as Taste of Carolina Pines, the Christmas party, physician socials, plus other staff and physician appreciation events.

These gatherings create opportunities to connect across departments, celebrate the people doing the work, and build relationships outside the clinical setting. For residents, that means training in a hospital where they can become known members of the team from the start.
