Additional Resident Benefits
- All Residents are eligible for an additional incentive of up to 4% of annual salary through the Resident Pay for Performance Incentive Plan, in accordance with all applicable laws and/or regulations
- One-Time Sign-On Bonus for PGY1s: $1500
- Chief Resident will receive a $1,500 annual stipend
- Various benefits and discounts offered through our Human Resources department, including discounted gym membership
- Free lunch
- Two lab coats per year
- Cell phone stipend
- Laptop provided for use throughout training
