Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center Welcomes Alex Weatherly, FNP To Carolina Pines Medical Group Primary Care
Hartsville, SC (July 15, 2026) – Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center (CPRMC) is pleased to welcome Alex Weatherly, FNP, to Carolina Pines Medical Group Primary Care. A familiar face to many patients throughout the region, Weatherly brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience and a passion for helping patients improve their health through education, prevention, and personalized care.
Weatherly earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Francis Marion University and is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
Before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Weatherly spent years serving patients in a variety of healthcare settings, including nursing leadership and hospice care. Since 2018, he has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner, caring for patients with both acute and chronic health conditions.
“My approach to patient care centers on education,” said Weatherly. “I believe patients achieve the best outcomes when they understand their health conditions, treatment options, and the important role nutrition, exercise, and preventive care play in living a longer, healthier life.”
Weatherly’s interest in healthcare began at an early age. Growing up around people through his mother’s daycare business and later working in a dietary department at a local nursing home, he developed a passion for serving others that ultimately led him to pursue a career in nursing.
At Carolina Pines Medical Group Primary Care, Alex Weatherly, FNP will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages, including preventive care, wellness visits, management of chronic conditions, and treatment of acute illnesses.
