HARTSVILLE, SC (April 20, 2026) – At Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center (CPRMC), the focus is simple – making sure our community can access the care they need, right here at home.

That’s why CPRMC is pleased to announce the introduction of electroencephalogram (EEG) testing services with the addition of the Zeto EEG system, a new gel-free technology that makes brain activity testing faster, easier, and more comfortable for patients.

For many patients, this means one less trip out of town and one more service that's available close to family, support systems, and home.

“We’re always looking for ways to bring care closer to the people we serve,” said Dr. Brian Sponseller, CEO of CPRMC. “Adding EEG testing here at Carolina Pines helps us do just that – offering an important diagnostic tool in a way that’s more comfortable and more convenient for our patients and their families.”

The Zeto system simplifies the testing process by eliminating traditional gels and significantly reducing setup time. It’s designed for comfort, ease of use, and accessibility across a wide range of patients.

This addition reflects CPRMC’s continued commitment to expanding local access to important services and reducing the need for patients to travel outside the community for care.

“Zeto is proud to partner with Carolina Pines to expand access to EEG services,” said Florian Strelzyk, CEO of Zeto, Inc. “Our technology is designed to make brain monitoring faster, more comfortable, and more accessible for patients, while supporting clinicians with efficient and dependable workflows.”
