Carolina Pines Auxiliary Announces 2026 Scholarship Opportunities for Aspiring Healthcare Professionals
HARTSVILLE, SC (February 16, 2026) - The Auxiliary of Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center is proud to continue its tradition of supporting local students pursuing careers in healthcare-related fields. Since 1999, the Auxiliary has awarded more than $191,000 in scholarships to students across the communities Carolina Pines serves, including Hartsville and the surrounding counties of Darlington, Chesterfield, Lee, and Marlboro..
Last year alone, 48 scholarships were granted. These recipients represented six local communities and enrolled in 13 different colleges and universities, demonstrating the program’s broad impact and commitment to fostering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Beginning Monday, February 16, 2026, scholarship applications will be available for download at cprmc.com/scholarship_2026. Physical copies can also be obtained from the Human Resources Office on the first floor of Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center.
Completed applications must be submitted by March 18, 2026. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. Applications may be:

Eligible applicants must be pursuing a medically related field that involves the direct practice of medicine in a hospital or physician’s office. The scholarship committee reserves the right to determine which fields of study qualify.
