    As an extension of your primary care provider, we’re here to serve both Carolina Pines patients and individuals without a primary care provider. You’ll get the care you need without the higher costs of an urgent care or emergency room visit.

    • Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
    • Wednesday: 7am - 5pm
    • Thursday: 7am - 5pm
    • Friday: 8am - 12pm
    • Saturday - Sunday: Closed
