Currently offering Sign On Bonus as follows:
New Graduates
- FT RN- $5,000 for Days with two-year commitment
- FT RN- $7,500 for Nights with two-year commitment
Paid out as follows:
o 1/3 upon satisfactory completion of 90 Day Probationary Period
o 1/3 after 12 months of continuous full-time employment
o 1/3 after 24 months of continuous full-time employment
Experienced 2+ Years
- FT RN- $8,000 for Days with two-year commitment
- FT RN- $12,000 for Nights with two-year commitment
Paid out as follows:
o 1/3 upon satisfactory completion of 90 Day Probationary Period
o 1/3 after 12 months of continuous full-time employment
o 1/3 after 24 months of continuous full-time employment
RECRUITER BONUS
Any employee that recruits an RN to an open position on Med/Surg, ICU, PCU, OR, WCH or ER will be eligible for a recruiter bonus of $6,000.
Paid out as follows:
o $3,000 upon satisfactory completion of 90 Day Probationary Period
o $3,000 after 12 months of continuous full-time employment
