To receive Cardiac or Pulmonary Rehab services, a referral is needed from either your primary care provider, cardiologist or pulmonologist.

Monday & Wednesday 7:00-4:00
Tuesday & Thursday 8:30-4:00
Closed daily for lunch 12:00-1:00
Pulmonary Rehab Hours:
Tuesday and Thursday 7:00-4:00

Each patient’s blood pressure, heart rate, weight, oxygen saturation, EKG rhythm, and dyspneascale are monitored during the exercise program.
