Russell Baxley took on the responsibilities of Chief Operating Officer at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center on June 6, 2011. Previously, he was Assistant Chief Financial Officer and Associate Administrator at Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris, Texas .

Baxley completed his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from Clemson University and his graduate degree in Health Care Administration from the University of South Carolina. He is a native of Johnsonville, SC. In his spare time, Russell enjoys running, early morning workouts at the “Y” and boating/water activities like wake boarding and skiing.
