Naomi Holley

Chief Nursing Executive

Naomi was promoted to Chief Nursing Officer in 2009. Previously she was Patient Advocate/Quality and Safety Initiatives Coordinator, Employee Health Nurse, Interim Infection Control Director, and Patient Care Supervisor for Women/Children Services. Previously, Naomi was Director of Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and Nursery at Chesterfield General Hospital in Cheraw, SC. Naomi began her career as a staff nurse here at Carolina Pines in 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, Spartanburg.

Naomi is originally from Hartsville and believes that “hometown pride” is reflected in many ways by employees, particularly in how they engage our patients. “Our focus at Carolina Pines is to be the #1 healthcare choice for our community in the services we provide. We take great pride in the care we give to our patients – I love being affiliated with our hospital, which is passionate about providing excellent quality care to our service area,” Naomi says.

Naomi says the best part of her career with us is when she is out in the community and she hears others in conversation talking about how much they appreciate our hospital and the care they or a family member had received.

Naomi's husband, Danny, is a minister. They have two children: Morgan is 15 and a varsity cheerleader. Chase is 12 and is involved in all sports, but particularly enjoys baseball. He’s a left-handed pitcher.

For fun Danny enjoys watching and attending college football games. Morgan plays piano, and Chase loves playing outside.
